Job description

Step into a role where your ideas and curiosity genuinely matter. As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you’ll contribute to real projects from your first week. You’ll support building design and calculations on a wide variety of projects across both New Zealand and Australia.

    Who We're Looking For

    • Recent graduate with a tertiary degree in Civil Engineering (Structural)
    • Available to start February 2027
    • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in New Zealand

    About You

    • Strong interested in structural engineering
    • Self motivated and possessing a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • Enjoy collaboration across disciplines  
    • Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired
    • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired
