Job description

  • Run and manage your own section, ensuring mise en place for service.
  • Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and buffet menus according to the Hotels recipes and standards. 
  • Maintain high levels of food hygiene and safety
  • Work flexible straight shifts to cover the business, mid-week and weekends. Breakfast shifts maybe required to cover holidays. Hours approximately 30 hours per week.
  • Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback

Level 2 Food Safety required. Previous Hotel experience is preferred, however suitable for promotion.

Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a small team and/or alone
