WORK TYPE Onsite

LOCATION DETAILS Lawrence, NJ

WORK HOURS Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST 

Full Time Team members work 8-hour shifts for 40 hours per week. Shift times may vary, and extra hours may be added to your schedule to ensure we fulfill our commitments to customers.

Mandatory overtime may include some Saturdays and Sundays.

Base pay: 50k salary

One Beat A Varsity Achievement Brand is looking to hire a Merchandise & Awards Team Member. This position Supports merchandise and awards operations by assisting with inventory preparation, restocking and coordination with merchandise and awards production departments. This position is responsible for stocking merchandise and awards, meeting weekly restock deadlines, and preparing road cases for 15 touring locations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist with merchandise and awards operations, ensuring timely preparation, organization, and distribution of products. Meet restock deadlines.
• Prepare and assist with restock trucks between OneBeat warehouse locations, meeting all weekly restock deadlines.
• Assist with answering phone calls and emails for outside clients.
• Adapt to and support the evolving priorities of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving skills, especially for last-minute event needs
• Ability to lift and move boxes or awards materials as needed
• Willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of the department
• Previous experience in retail, inventory management, merchandising, or warehouse operations preferred

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• Previous warehouse experience is a bonus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
