Job description
We are looking for an IT Supporter to be based in our office in Szczecin (Poland) . You will be responsible for all aspects of IT support for everyone employed by Global Wind Service. We are seeking a candidate who is solution-oriented, patient, self-motivating and with the ability to multitask.
The candidate will have a key stake in enabling users to work effectively across our IT Platforms and will be highly involved in the administration and support of our Microsoft platform and products.
Responsibilities
•
1st and 2nd level support for IT related issues and requests
•
Managing requests and problems in Zendesk ticketing system
•
Device management in Microsoft Intune
•
Administration of IT user onboarding, offboarding and access permissions
•
Various software license administration
•
Maintenance, assignment and tracking of IT equipment (Laptops, mobile phones etc.)
•
Recycling of IT equipment / handling of equipment orders
•
Preparation of user guides / assistance with education of users
•
Follow up on security incidents with end users
•
Coordination of equipment purchases with our IT partners
