Nurse B - Clinical Coordinator

Clinical Coordinator of the Neuromodulation Program is responsible for oversight of the clinic team and direct clinical care of Neuromodulation clients associated with waitlist, referral, assessment, follow up, and discharge planning coordination and device management in outpatient, perioperative, and inpatient settings. Oversees and participates in administrative functions and is a leader and resource in this sub-specialty area to all team members and regional healthcare providers, acting as liaison of multiple clinical services within the interdisciplinary team, other internal and external departments and services to develop and coordinate effective client centered care.
