Your New Role
•
Lead heavy civil and construction projects based in Northwest Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio
•
Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
•
Oversee project schedules, budgets, production timelines, and quality standards
•
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field crews
•
Track project costs, monthly billings, and change orders
•
Review contracts, project drawings, specifications, and submittals
•
Communicate with clients, municipalities, engineers, and internal teams
•
Support field operations to ensure successful project execution
•
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve construction and operational challenges
•
Maintain profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency across multiple projects
•
Manage public infrastructure and projects including sewer systems, water mains, roadway construction, bridge work, and municipal public works
