We're not looking for a salesperson.
We're looking for an HVAC professional who can assess projects, design solutions, build trust with customers and builders, and create accurate estimates that set our teams up for success.
At Premier Systems, we serve homeowners, builders, contractors, and business owners throughout the Gallatin Valley. From custom homes and remodels to mini-split systems, boiler projects, light commercial work, and system replacements, we need someone who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer communication.

What You'll Do
Estimating & Design
•
Perform site visits and project assessments
•
Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
•
Design HVAC solutions for residential and light commercial projects
•
Estimate remodels, additions, mini-split systems, boiler projects, and residential new construction projects
•
Develop accurate scopes of work and project proposals
•
Collaborate with field teams to ensure projects are sold and designed correctly
Customer & Builder Relationships
•
Meet with homeowners, builders, contractors, and property owners
•
Build trust through technical knowledge and professionalism
•
Help customers understand available options and make informed decisions
•
Develop and maintain relationships with builders and referral partners
•
Represent Premier Systems with professionalism in the field and community
Residential Replacement Opportunities
•
Respond to select replacement and upgrade opportunities
•
Evaluate existing systems and comfort concerns
•
Recommend appropriate equipment and solutions
•
Present proposals and financing options
•
Guide customers through the decision-making process
Internal Collaboration
•
Work closely with Service, Installation, New Construction, and Plumbing teams
•
Ensure smooth project handoffs from sale to production
•
Identify opportunities for additional services, IAQ, maintenance agreements, and system improvements
•
Help improve estimating processes, consistency, and project profitability
