Job description
- Develop the waterproofing product line across Central Asia.
- Create and implement product promotion strategies.
- Analyze the market, competitors, pricing policies, and customer needs.
- Manage the product portfolio, including product selection, launch, and introduction of new products.
- Prepare technical proposals for distributors and construction projects.
- Conduct presentations, training sessions, and consultations for partners, designers, and construction companies.
- Coordinate with manufacturing plants and technical specialists.
- Participate in negotiations with key clients and support major construction projects.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, and overall efficiency of the product category.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare marketing materials.
1. Education:
Higher or vocational secondary education (preferably in construction, chemistry, engineering, or economics).
2. Work Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales of construction materials (dry mixes, waterproofing materials, adhesives, etc.).
- Experience working with B2B clients (dealers, construction companies, contractors, distributors).
- Knowledge of Sika products and technologies or similar brands will be an advantage.
3. Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of the construction materials market and technical product characteristics.
- Active sales skills, negotiation skills, and ability to handle objections.
- Confident PC user (Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Personal Competencies:
- Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to actively search for new clients and perform field-based work.
- Analytical thinking, ability to work with data and forecasts.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
5. Additional Requirements:
- Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel for business trips.
- Experience in delivering presentations, providing technical consultations, and participating in exhibitions is an advantage.
