IS Report Writer

The Reporting Analyst collaborates in the design, development, support and maintenance of custom, interactive data solutions for the department, including data collection tools, data reports and dashboards.

Conducts business analysis and documents requirements. Collaborates in project planning and design of usability testing, including identifying appropriate data sources and informing their structure for accuracy and ease of use.

Collaborates in presenting deliverables to customers and colleagues, and in providing training on their use. Analyzes results in reports in order to vet them, as well as helps customers interpret the information to answer their business questions.

Collaborates in authoring tools that integrate and process data for the purpose of optimal process flow and ease of integration. Facilitates the efficient use of data and technology for both internal and client-based projects and activities.
