1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation - 40%

· Support the collection and documentation of business and functional requirements for AMS migration and data conversion projects

· Assist in creating and maintaining business requirements documents (BRDs), process flow diagrams, and conversion scope documentation

· Participate in client and internal discovery sessions to capture source system data structures, business rules, and conversion expectations

· Document data mapping rules, field-level business logic, and transformation requirements under the direction of senior analysts

· Maintain organized records of requirements changes, open items, and decisions throughout the conversion lifecycle

· Support UAT planning by helping draft test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and issue logs based on documented requirements

2. Project Coordination & Tracking - 30%

· Assist project managers and senior analysts in tracking conversion project milestones, deliverables, and action items

· Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure version control of requirements and mapping documents

· Coordinate scheduling and logistics for internal and client-facing working sessions

· Monitor and communicate project status updates to team members and stakeholders using Salesforce and project tracking tools

· Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, or blockers that may impact conversion timelines

3. Stakeholder Communication & Support - 20%

· Serve as a supporting point of contact for internal team members and client stakeholders on day-to-day conversion questions

· Prepare meeting notes, action item summaries, and status reports for distribution to project teams

· Assist in translating technical data conversion concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences

· Support onboarding activities for new agency clients joining the data conversion program

4. Teamwork & Collaboration (Standard) - 10%

· Foster a respectful and collaborative environment by upholding professionalism and engaging in constructive and respectful conversations

· Support a positive workplace culture by promoting open, solution-oriented communication, encouraging teamwork, and maintaining a focus on shared goals and productivity.
