Job Description

As a Presales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in bridging technical presales support with corporate communications. You will prepare technical documents, proposals, and presentations, while also managing creative content for social media and vendor onboarding processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical documents, proposals, and presales collateral in line with client requirements.

  • Update and refine proposal drafts for submission to GCC clients.

  • Design and prepare flyers, brochures, and technical presentations for client meetings.

  • Create engaging and creative content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms to enhance company branding.

  • Initiate vendor empanelment processes for GCC clients by completing online forms and uploading required documentation.

  • Manage corporate communication posts related to company events (employee onboarding, exits, project milestones).

  • Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to ensure consistency in messaging and technical accuracy.

  • Utilize Zoho CRM to track presales activities, manage client interactions, update proposal status, and maintain vendor onboarding records.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

  • 3–6 years of experience in presales support, marketing coordination, or corporate communications.

  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, LinkedIn content creation, and Zoho CRM.

  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Experience with GCC client onboarding and vendor registration portals.

  • Familiarity with ERP/Oracle solutions and presales processes.

  • Creative design skills (Canva, Adobe tools) for marketing collateral.

  • Prior exposure to government or public sector clients in GCC.
