đź’Ž Lead impactful projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help shape the future of hospital operations.

💻 Work Style: Onsite 📍 Location: Gainesville, FL 🕒 FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE) ⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Provides project and financial support to all levels of leadership, including the CEO, COO, & CNO. Assists in the development and ongoing management of annual operating and capital budgets, to include analyzing variances and communicating areas of concern to leadership. Will lead complex department and hospital-wide projects primarily focused on department-specific initiatives, capital acquisition, associate financial planning and decision support for assigned departments. Will liaise with all departments within the hospital including but not limited to senior leaders, finance, supply chain, accounting, budget and planning, and external vendors. Will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary, high functioning project team, managing multiple projects that significantly impact the hospital.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage departmental and hospital-wide projects from initiation through completion. • Provide project management, operational, and financial support to executive leadership, including the CEO, COO, and CNO. • Assist with the development, monitoring, and administration of annual operating and capital budgets. • Analyze budget variances and prepare reports identifying financial risks, trends, and opportunities. • Support capital planning initiatives, including capital acquisition requests and project tracking. • Develop project timelines, work plans, status reports, and executive presentations. • Collaborate with finance, accounting, supply chain, budget and planning teams to support organizational objectives. • Facilitate communication and coordination among multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external vendors. • Monitor project progress, identify barriers, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track. • Gather, analyze, and present operational and financial data to support leadership decision-making. • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and track project deliverables. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies. • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and organizational goals. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and project management standards. • Serve as a liaison between leadership, departments, and external partners to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related business field required • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Administration (MHA) preferred • Candidates currently enrolled in an MBA or MHA program are strongly encouraged to apply

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience following completion of a bachelor's degree required • Experience in a hospital, healthcare system, or healthcare operations environment preferred • Experience supporting project management, operational initiatives, budgeting, financial analysis, or strategic planning preferred
