Job description
Overview KAM Jr. Organized Channel To achieve de annual plan of Volumen and price of the assign account, maintaining the relationships with the clients that will allow to develop de relationships in the long term. Key National PO1 Account responsible for the MOP channel. It is required to have international coordination in the decisions and negociation in some of the accounts. To lead relevant MOP projects within the department for MOP… (new packs, flavours, culinary…) Responsibilities Lead the development of accounts within the MOP channel, driving sustainable growth through commercial strategies, customer negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with different company departments. Ensure achievement of volume, Net Price, and Margin Contribution targets for the assigned accounts. Lead annual negotiations with key customers. Regularly analyze account performance to identify opportunities (assortment, visibility, etc.) and define action plans to achieve annual objectives. Manage the plans and calendars agreed with customers. Develop PO1 agreements across different business categories. Expand the company’s customer portfolio and win new PO1 clients. Ensure compliance with corporate processes related to price communication, promotions, and commercial guidelines. Monitor and control monthly charges and commercial conditions. Support the achievement of new business targets. Coordinate and follow up on current and future projects (Culinary, listings, innovation, SAP, etc.). Collaborate closely with the MOP team and other departments such as DX and Supply to ensure smooth business management. Promote teamwork, best practice sharing, and talent development within the commercial team. Qualifications Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently. Ability to coordinate and work cross-functionally with other departments (Trade Marketing, Legal, Marketing, Supply, etc...). Strong adaptability in dynamic and changing environments. Proactive and results-oriented profile with good communication skills. Education University degree (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent). High level of English, both written and spoken. Advanced computer and Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of the Organized Channel/Foodservice channel. Professional Experience Previous experience as a Key Account Manager (KAM) or in sales support departments (Trade Marketing, Category Management, etc.). Field sales/commercial experience will be a plus.
