Verisure is seeking a talented, passionate, analytical and strong Group Talent Strategy Analyst (data-driven/ AI enabled) to join our growing and successful Group HR Talent Team. The Analyst will be a key member of the team and will report directly to the Group Talent Management Manager. Our strong and visionary Management Team is now supporting the business’ next phase of growth with a robust plan for further value creation.
Your role will be key to achieve our Company’s ambition, by accelerating the growth and development of our people. Responsibilities of the Talent Strategy Analyst
The Group Talent Strategy Analyst will work on international projects related to talent strategy, having high exposure to top executives, as key stakeholders involved in staffing decisions, across the 18 countries where Verisure operates. The Analyst will support in nurturing the organisation with the necessary capabilities to be ready to overcome company challenges. The projects will involve analysis, design and implementation of key initiatives. Main responsibilities include, among others:
- Develop a holistic understanding of our top executives’ talent performance, assessment, aspirations and development information, to leverage it for ad-hoc analyses to support talent decisions.
- Collaborate with key leaders in the company, including our Group Talent Director, the different HR Directors from the 18 countries where we operate, and our Group CHRO, in preparing and validating the abovementioned strategic thinking and relevant talent materials
- Challenge processes’ status-quo, identifying opportunities for efficiency leveraging and introducing AI:
- Identifying HR-Talent processes suitable for AI enabled optimisation
- Designing AI use cases and assessing their HR processes and business impact
- Supporting pilots, testing, and interactions with technical teams
- Building the governance needed for responsible and scalable deployment
- Enabling AI supported productivity across key Talent Team initiatives, partnering with our Talent team and when needed with our Group HR People Analytics and Transformation Office team
- Establish relevant KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the process at a global level, design a dashboard and regularly analyze these KPIs to derive insights

Candidate profile
Experience and Qualifications
We are looking for a high potential / top performer individual, proactive and goal-oriented, who is looking for a challenging yet rewarding job:
- Top tier education background with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (ideally engineering or business administration).
- 3 years of experience in strategic project management or management consulting.
- Experience in using AI for process efficiency purposes and data discovery.
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Spanish
- Problem structuring, strategic problem-solving and excellent analytical skills, coupled with very strong excel skills.
- Strong written and oral communication capabilities for creating and presenting slides in PowerPoint.
- Structured and detail oriented, while capable of understanding the big picture.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience of working in international multi-cultural environments and with diverse and remote teams
- Ability and willingness to take a "hands on" approach, while maintaining an ability for a high level or strategic view
- Agile, able to manage uncertainty and adapt to change with pragmatism

Location
The position is full-time and based in Madrid (Spain), under a hybrid work from home policy of 2 days at home per week with two weeks per year to work wherever you prefer.
The position might require sporadic travelling across our European markets.
