Job purpose

To provide hands-on execution capacity that ensures the disciplined implementation, tracking, and follow-through of global initiatives such as the Functional Global Target Operating Models.

The role encompasses broad program and project management responsibilities, including close alignment with regional and country organizations as well as with key stakeholders across the functions. It further covers communication and change management to support effective adoption and implementation.

Ultimately, the objective is to help establish the structures, processes, routines, tools, and systems required for DGF to successfully deliver the growth ambitions.

Principal accountabilities

  • Accelerate speed to impact by delivering on key priorities, closing the gap between strategy and execution, and ensuring critical programs progress with focus and pace.
  • Enable disciplined execution of the Functional Target Operating Models by driving hands-on implementation, clear documentation, and effective communication, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and in line with plans across region
  • Provide structured management reporting, including regular status updates, progress reviews, and clear escalation of risks and issues to ensure transparency and informed decision-making
  • Plan, prepare and faclitate workshops with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure global initiatives are translated into actionable plans at regional level, with systematic tracking of adoption, execution quality, and outcomes
  • Implement and maintain clear KPI tracking, dashboards, and milestone management to provide transparency on progress, impact, and execution gaps

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Proven project and change management capabilities in complex environments
  • Customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to effectively support senior-level engagements
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate senior stakeholder environments
  • Cross-cultural competence, including experience working across regions and diverse cultural contexts
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-regional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
  • Structured thinker with the ability to operate in ambiguity and a strong bias for action
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and resilience under pressure
  • Experience with performance management tools and frameworks
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, supported by strong numerical and analytical capabilities
  • German skills – is a plus

  • MS SharePoint, Teams, GenAI applications
  • Bachelor degree
  • 3+ years relevant experience in project management
