You combine strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills with technical affinity, using AI tools to prototype solutions, understand data and code at a working level, and shape ideas before development. You work closely with engineers, Digital PMO, and business stakeholders, reporting to the Head of Data & AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Discovery & Translation

- Maintain and prioritize a structured backlog (e.g. Azure DevOps), ensuring continuous alignment with evolving business needs and validating delivered solutions through testing and sign-off
Business Partnering
- Act as embedded partner to business units (Project Development, EPC, O&M, Corporate Functions)
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and proactively shape demand for Data & AI solutions as the key liaison between business and technical teams
Solution Shaping & Prototyping
- Use AI and low-code tools (e.g., Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI) to build rapid prototypes and proof of concepts
- Translate business needs into feasible solution designs in collaboration with engineers and support early feasibility assessment
Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate delivery of initiatives, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks
- Support prioritization with Digital PMO and communicate progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Adoption & Change
- Support rollout, training, and user adoption of delivered solutions
- Collect feedback and feed it into backlog and roadmap while ensuring responsible AI usage.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years’ experience as Business Analyst / Product Analyst / similar bridge role
- Experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams
Skills & Competencies
- Strong English communication skills, able to translate between business and technical audiences
- Advanced user of AI tools for analysis, drafting, and prototyping
- Understanding of AI capabilities/limitations to assess feasibility and set expectations
- Ability to build quick low-code prototypes and read SQL/basic code
- Good understanding of data, systems, APIs, and integrations
- Strong requirements engineering skills (user stories, acceptance criteria, process/data flows)
- Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives
- Collaborative mindset with ability to balance business needs and delivery reality
Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, Copilot tools)
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a strong plus
- Certifications: IIBA (ECBA/CCBA/CBAP), Scrum/SAFe, Azure or AI fundamentals (AZ-900, AI-900).
- A truly international working environment with colleagues from all over the world
- An open-minded, friendly, dynamic, and highly motivated team
- Interesting and challenging tasks, and thus a scope of professional growth and development
- We encourage both team work and personal responsibility
