We are looking for a driven and capable Talent Acquisition Manager to support us with developing sourcing and finding the best calibers to achieve organizational goals.

You will play an integral role in mentoring staff, forming long-term relationships with candidates, and pursuing new work. This includes strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating offers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Human Resources Director to understand business goals and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
  • Partner with department heads and executives to identify hiring needs and workforce planning priorities.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team on hiring trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions on talent management, succession planning, and organizational growth.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and talent specialists.
  • Set clear performance goals and expectations.
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes for the US, Egypt, and the GCC to ensure a positive candidate experience with a long-term strategy in mind.
  • Build employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the hiring processes via Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.).
  • Improve hiring processes in the US, Egypt, and the GCC for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
  • Fifteen (15) years of experience in a talent acquisition/recruitment leadership role.
  • Fluent English.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficient in using different ATS and HRIS applications and databases.
  • Proficient with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Proficient in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse ATS).
  • Professional credentials, such as HR Certification or similar.
  • Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics.

  • Primary Location: Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt (On-site)
  • Working Hours: From 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM Cairo Local Time
  • Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Position Classification: Salary-based full-time hours
