What You'll Do

This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and transformation within Global Talent Acquisition. You will lead how recruiting insights are generated and applied to improve hiring performance, strengthen operational processes, and drive meaningful change across Global Businesses & Functions Talent Acquisition. By connecting analytics with execution, you will identify inefficiencies, shape solutions, and embed improvements that are scalable and sustainable across regions and teams. Over time, you will help mature and evolve how analytics, operations, and transformation capabilities are structured, partnering with specialized teams as capabilities scale. You will operate as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition and HR leadership, leading global initiatives that enhance how we hire, onboard, and support talent. In parallel, you will lead a small team spanning analytics, operational excellence, and transformation, setting direction, building capability, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all areas.

Key responsibilities include

  • Lead the development of talent acquisition analytics and insights, translating data into clear recommendations that inform strategy and improve hiring outcomes
  • Use data to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, driving targeted, high-impact changes across TA processes and workflows
  • Develop and deliver clear, insight-driven reporting and narratives for TA and HR leadership, enabling informed decision-making and alignment on priorities
  • Own and lead global transformation and harmonization initiatives across GBF Talent Acquisition, including cross-team process alignment and change impacting the broader People function
  • Define and govern core operational processes across recruitment, including onboarding, vendor management, and knowledge management, ensuring consistency, scalability, and clarity
  • Establish and maintain clear process documentation, standards, and ways of working, enabling teams to operate effectively across regions
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and People Analytics leadership to strengthen data quality, reporting, and adoption of tools and systems
  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of analysts across data, operations, and transformation, aligning priorities and enabling high-impact delivery

Who You'll Work With

You will sit within the Global Businesses & Functions Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations team, working closely with leaders focused on transformation, technology, and operational excellence. Together, you will shape a more efficient, data-driven, and scalable talent acquisition function. You will partner day-to-day with Talent Acquisition leadership, including portfolio leads and recruiting teams, as well as stakeholders across the broader People function such as HR advisory & delivery, People Analytics, and HR Business Partners. You will operate in a highly collaborative, global environment, working across regions and teams to drive alignment and deliver impact
