Our technology team plays a vital role in advancing DaVita’s kidney care platform—and we're growing! We’re looking for a Director, Product Management – Value-Based Care to lead the strategy and execution for our Comprehensive Health Evaluation (CHE) Program technology within our DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC) organization.

In this role, you will be the strategic leader for our CHE product portfolio, encompassing clinical workflows, patient scheduling/access, clinical documentation integrity, and revenue cycle management. Blending deep healthcare domain expertise with a strong product mindset, you will transform complex clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into seamless, user-centric capabilities that drive clinical and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Set Portfolio Vision and Strategy: Define and lead a multi-year product vision and overarching strategy for the CHE product portfolio. Identify market trends and translate user needs, strategic objectives, and business goals into a clear, differentiated product roadmap that positions DaVita as an industry leader.
  • Product Roadmap Execution: Drive product roadmap execution with a focus on accelerating speed to value, reducing product lifecycle timelines, and supporting teams with prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
  • Lead and Empower Product Teams: Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers across domains. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration. Coach teammates to develop deep domain expertise alongside strong product craft.
  • Portfolio Outcome Accountability: Own the overall success of the CHE product portfolio. Define, monitor, and analyze portfolio-level Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes, decisions are data-driven, and that we have the right performance monitoring in place.
  • Align and Influence Across the Organization: Serve as the strategic product voice across the organization. Build conviction for your roadmap through clear storytelling, business cases, and a track record of delivering on commitments.
  • Ensure Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Collaborate with the CHE Program team, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to ensure all product capabilities adhere to applicable compliance and regulatory requirements, CMS guidelines, and DaVita standards. Proactively identify and mitigate product risks.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Product Leadership Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a product leadership role directly managing teams. Proven ability to successfully directing portfolio-level strategy and bringing teams together to execute against.
  • Product Skillset: Proven track record of taking complex products from 0-to-1 and scaling enterprise platforms. Strong practice of modern product discovery & discovery techniques, agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Healthcare Technology Industry Knowledge: Deep industry knowledge and understanding of market landscape with preferred experience in value-based care, chronic disease management, and/or risk adjustment.
  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical, clinical, and regulatory information into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Travel: Must be able to travel up to 25%

The Salary Range for the role is $115,000.00 - $183,000.00 per year.
