Job Description

The Logistics Loss Prevention Specialist is responsible for the detection, investigation and reduction of loss within the end to end of TJX’s Europe Supply Chain. The role is also integral in ensuring the security of the supply chain comprising of external facilities and the movement of goods in between.

This is achieved by supporting Logistics and the 3rd Party Logistics Provider’s (3PLs) in educating and influencing to ensure compliance to TJX Supply Chain Loss Prevention Standards and reacting as and when crime occurs.

The success of this role relies upon effective partnering across the business. This includes collaborating across the LP function, operational teams and wider supply chain functions in promoting LP strategies. Respond to risks that identify of loss and provide recommendations to mitigate exposures.

The Specialist will also be responsible for engaging and influencing the 3PL partners to resolve internal and external crime, whilst driving compliance in all areas where it would impact loss for TJXE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure TJX Supply Chain Loss Prevention Standards are consistently implemented across the logistics and 3PL network through effective communication, coaching, and validation.
  • Act as a key LP partner to 3PLs and internal stakeholders, clearly communicating priorities, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct physical security risk assessments for new and existing logistics facilities and drive implementation of appropriate controls.
  • Respond to and manage security incidents and breaches, partnering with 3PLs and internal teams to investigate root causes and prevent reoccurrence.
  • Analyse loss and crime data to identify patterns, trends, and vulnerabilities, initiating and overseeing investigations where required.
  • Develop and deploy crime prevention and deterrence solutions across the supply chain.
  • Validate operational processes through site visits and testing to minimise shrink and non‑compliance.
  • Deliver education and awareness programmes for 3PLs and internal teams on Loss Prevention standards, alert signals, and incident reporting.
  • Travel extensively across Europe and respond flexibly to short‑notice incidents.

Your Profile

  • Experience in Loss Prevention, Logistics, Distribution, Security, or Risk Management is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) additional languages are welcome.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively across Europe (approx. 60%), including short‑notice travel.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and react quickly to emerging risks and incidents.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels, internally and externally.
  • Confident communicator with solid presentation and feedback skills.
  • Highly organised, self‑directed, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Full driving licence required.
