Job description
Organize and perform administrative tasks related to Project Management Office activities assuring projects follow defined framework. Validate and control quality of projects execution including preparation of relevant reports for PMO.
· Monitor projects portfolio and projects KPI’s
· Identify gaps, risks and resolve projects compliance issues
· Assure projects budget is in control and is supported by Operating Plan funds
· Manage new projects demand by, Validating information completeness and Creating new projects
· Maintain and support PPM system by, Resolving tickets and service requests, Managing user access and system configurations, Analyse and propose process improvements / automations, Monitor existing integrations and proactively execute adjustments
· Actively communicate with Project Managers
· Prepare and maintain educational materials about project management and PPM system use
