The ideal candidate will assist in providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT support, and system administration in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. - Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals. - Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues through Jira, phone, email, and in-person support. - Support end-users with software applications, including MS Office, Apple Devices, and internal tools. - Document technical issues and solutions in the IT support ticketing system. - Assist in setting up and maintaining IT assets, including inventory management. - Support IT security initiatives, including system updates, antivirus checks, and user access management. - Perform other related duties as assigned by the IT team. Qualifications & Skills: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking. - Familiarity with Windows and macOS. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with IT support tools and ticketing systems. - Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud computing platforms. - Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
