As a strong brand, we are part of the international organization Accor. Novotel Amsterdam City has 610 rooms, approximately 1,300 m2 of meeting space, and various F&B outlets. Daily, we accommodate an average of 500+ guests and provide them with the best service they could wish for. Your night as a Night Receptionist Together with your Front Office colleagues, you ensure that our guests have a pleasant stay. This includes helping guests with questions and checking them in and out. The team you will work with is young, social, and spontaneous. As a night receptionist, you will work the night shift (11 pm - 7 am). You are an important link between the evening and morning shifts, ensuring a smooth administrative transition. Additionally, you are the point of contact for our guests during the night. Qualifications: We are looking for someone with passion for hospitality, someone who is enthusiastic, outgoing and has an eye for detail. Additionally, you:

• Have (preferably) experience in the Front Office; - Have strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably also Dutch; - You are flexible for two days per week and open to also work an evening shift; - You have experience with PMS Opera/ Opera Cloud or similar systems.
