What We Expect from You

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
• Extensive experience as a Production Worker.
• Interest in production processes and technology.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Reliability and being a valuable team player.
• MBO-level thinking and working ability.
• Leadership skills.
• High proficiency in English or Dutch due to the training requirements.

We are looking for dedicated candidates ready to commit to a long-term role within the company. The training to become an operator takes approximately three years, during which the company invests significantly in your development. Our goal is to offer a permanent contract upon successful completion of the training.
