The facility will generate electricity and steam for an animal by-product processing company, contributing to a significant reduction in CO₂ emissions. The plant is scheduled to become operational in March 2027 and will be run by a small, highly skilled team. About the role as a Power Plant Operator Bioenergy (m/f/d) You will play a key role in operating and monitoring the biomass installation, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance. After joining the company, you will complete a structured onboarding and training program focused on operating and maintaining the plant. This process will take several months and will be completed prior to the plant becoming operational.
