Senior Product Designer (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Senior Designer who thinks in systems and cares deeply about shipping experiences that drive business outcomes and provide a blissful user experience. You’ll work closely with product and engineering to shape how rebuy’s web looks, feels, and converts.

Key Responsibilities

Own the design process end-to-end: Lead initiatives from initial discovery, problem definition, and ideation through to polished, high-quality delivery

Drive quality and consistency across rebuy’s established design system, providing thoughtful suggestions for its continuous improvement and evolution

Translate user research and data into a clear design direction; run qualitative and quantitative tests (including user interviews, usability tests, and surveys) to validate experiences before shipping

Collaborate closely with cross-functional squads alongside PMs and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible, well-understood, and correctly implemented

Present work to stakeholders, articulate design rationale and trade-offs clearly, and iterate constructively based on structured feedback

Utilize A/B testing frameworks and design for experimentation to connect design decisions directly to business goals and user outcomes

•

Leverage AI tools and automation workflows (e.g., Claude, Claude code, Figma Make, Stitch) to accelerate research synthesis, UX copywriting, rapid prototyping, and content generation
