Wat ga je doen? As a welder in Wanssum, you play a key role in the production process. You work with modern equipment to manufacture strong, durable, and safe concrete elements used in construction projects. You’ll be part of a structured 3-shift system, offering both variety in your daily work and a clear, predictable rhythm. You will follow technical drawings closely, giving you a clear understanding of each task and ensuring precision in your work. Even if you have limited experience, the welding tasks are straightforward and will be explained step by step. This allows you to quickly develop your skills and grow towards working independently. Together with your team, you contribute to a smooth production flow, high-quality standards, and a safe working environment.

Your responsibilities will include

• Assembling products based on technical drawings and specifications
• Welding steel and metal structures, such as meshes and reinforcement elements
• Inspecting finished products for quality, accuracy, and measurements
• Identifying any deviations or irregularities and reporting them to your supervisor
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace at all times

• Salary up to €3,362 gross per month (excluding 21% shift allowance) plus ADV allowance
