Accountabilities
- Drive territory revenue growth and market share expansion by leveraging deep expertise in immunohistochemistry (IHC) solutions and converting opportunities into commercial results.
- Manage key accounts and own the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and needs assessment to negotiation, closing, and post-sale expansion.
- Develop and execute territory-specific commercial strategies in alignment with broader marketing and business objectives to achieve revenue targets.
- Engage with customers as the primary commercial interface, delivering value-based presentations that clearly demonstrate ROI and clinical/business impact.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, expanding wallet share through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with technical specialists, service teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless customer experience and solution delivery.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage pipeline, track performance, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Participate in strategic customer visits, negotiations, and high-level stakeholder engagements within the pathology and diagnostics ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or commercial roles within the life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of immunohistochemistry (IHC), pathology, or oncology diagnostics is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and operate in a matrixed commercial environment.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence key decision-makers and articulate value-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with intermediate proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage territory priorities and travel requirements effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%, including occasional overnight and international travel.
- Valid driver’s license required for territory coverage.
