Job description
Accountabilities You will be responsible for supporting and executing multi-channel growth marketing initiatives that drive expansion revenue and improve customer adoption across product lines. Your work will ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, aligned with business priorities, and continuously optimized for performance.
- Support the execution of full-funnel campaigns focused on upsell, cross-sell, and product adoption within the existing customer base
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery including audience segmentation, asset management, QA, launch execution, and reporting
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of initiatives aligned with go-to-market priorities
- Collaborate with product, sales, operations, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging
- Partner with creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging tailored to customer segments
- Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
- Support customer segmentation and targeting strategies to improve personalization and relevance
- Act as a key operational contact for campaign execution and lifecycle marketing activities
Requirements
You bring experience in growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing within a SaaS or B2B environment, along with strong execution and analytical capabilities. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and using data to drive decisions and improve campaign performance.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in growth, demand generation, or customer lifecycle roles
- Experience supporting end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, launch, and performance tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, operations, and customer success teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for messaging and stakeholder collaboration
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven SaaS environments
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
