Job description

Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement for custom apparel orders, including creation and release of purchase orders and coordination with overseas suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Track production cycles closely to ensure timely execution, delivery accuracy, and alignment with order specifications.
  • Negotiate pricing, production timelines, and quality standards with vendors while maintaining strong long-term supplier relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for order execution issues, working cross-functionally with internal teams such as design, sales, and fulfillment to resolve delays or production challenges.
  • Maintain accurate procurement trackers and documentation using Excel/Google Sheets, ensuring real-time visibility of order status, costs, and supplier details.
  • Identify process gaps and proactively suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of sourcing operations.
  • Take ownership of operational initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement across sourcing and order management workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or buying within an operational or supply chain environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in order processing or order management, handling end-to-end execution workflows.
  • Strong experience working with overseas suppliers or manufacturers in fast-paced, high-volume environments is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and operational analysis.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage external vendor relationships effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent orders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Flexibility to work aligned hours (including adjustments based on business needs).
