About the role: We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to ensure high product quality across our web application, internal CRM, email campaigns, and push notifications. This is a high-impact role in a product that is actively scaling, where QA is involved not only in testing, but also in product decision-making. You will work closely with product managers and developers, influence feature quality, and contribute to improving testing processes.
In this role, you will •
Analyze requirements and create test cases for new features.

Test the internal CRM system.
•
Test email campaigns and push notifications.
•
Perform manual testing of the web application, including functional, regression, UI/UX, and smoke testing.
•
Verify APIs using Postman/Swagger (basic positive and negative scenarios).
•
Work with DevTools, including log analysis, network requests, and console errors.
•
Assess testing risks and participate in task planning.
•
Create clear and well-structured bug reports with reproduction steps, prioritization, and context.
•
Contribute to improving testing processes and documentation.
It’s all about you •
2+ years of experience in manual QA (web), including experience testing CRM systems and email campaigns.
•
Understanding of SDLC/STLC, types of testing, and test design techniques.
•
Experience with Postman or similar tools for API testing.
•
Experience writing test cases and bug reports in any TMS/Jira.
•
Experience working with databases such as MongoDB / BigQuery / DataGrip.
•
Basic knowledge of Git (pull, checkout, code review), CI/CD tools (GitLab).
•
Experience working with logs in Lens/Grafana, debugging tools (Charles, Fiddler).
Would be a plus
•
Experience with Automation skills.
•
Experience automating small routine tasks, such as generating data, writing database queries, and creating mock data.
