We are looking for a forward-thinking, technically exceptional Design Technology Lead to join our Format Development team. Reporting directly to the Standards Manager, you will lead the day-to-day execution, technical support, and long-term strategy of the Format Team's digital workflows.

Your primary mission is to optimise costs, maximise data accuracy, and maintain the total integrity of digital assets for Dan Murphy’s and BWS. This is a hands-on role perfect for an advanced practitioner who loves solving technical challenges, automating workflows, and driving efficiency.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Lead BIM Development: Drive the end-to-end development, standardisation, and maintenance of Revit families, asset libraries, and CAD templates across all major brands to ensure clear, data-rich compliance.
• Own BIM 360 Environments: Fully manage our BIM 360 cloud environment, overseeing folder structures, permissions, and collaborative workflows.
• External Standards Alignment: Standardise and distribute regular template updates to external consultants (architects and engineers) so outsourced work aligns seamlessly with internal standards.
• 3D Visualization & Prototyping: Support design innovation by utilising cutting-edge technology to create accurate 3D visualisations and high-fidelity digital prototyping for concept developments.
• Centralise Data Control: Build and manage a 'Store Hub' and a centralized 'Single Source of Truth' repository to house asset specifications (dimensions, warranties, compliance certificates, and manuals).
• Upskill the Team: Design and deliver training programs to elevate team capability in the Autodesk Suite (Revit, BIM 360) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage and support training for our construction management platform, Procore.

Now let’s talk about you: 

• 5+ years of dedicated BIM and Design Technology management experience.
• An expert-level capability in BIM and Design Technology.
• Extensive experience delivering complex BIM/Design Technology projects within a large-scale corporate environment or a large architecture/contractor setting.
• A relevant qualification in Architecture, Interior Design or a related design discipline.
• Advanced, expert-level knowledge and strong capabilities in Autodesk Revit.
• Desirable: Client-side experience within a corporate environment is a significant plus.
