Looking for your next step in a multi-brand marketing environment within the health and workplace wellbeing sector?

Join APM’s Corporate Marketing team and play a hands-on role delivering marketing activity across some of Australia’s leading workplace health brands.

This is a 12-month contract ideal for a capable Marketing Coordinator who can hit the ground running, manage competing priorities, and confidently deliver high-quality work.

About the role

You’ll support the execution of marketing activity across APM’s workcare portfolio, working closely with Marketing Managers and stakeholders across the business.

This is a delivery-focused role with real ownership spanning campaigns, content, digital, internal communications and event support, with a strong emphasis on B2B audiences.

What you will do

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and requests from brief through to execution, ensuring alignment to priorities, timelines and brand standards
  • Create and deliver written content and visual assets (using Canva templates) across digital and traditional channels, including websites, social media, EDMs and print
  • Develop marketing materials and collateral to support business development and brand growth
  • Support website updates, digital platform improvements and customer journey optimisation
  • Deliver marketing support for events, conferences, webinars and industry initiatives
  • Coordinate and execute social media strategies
  • Contribute to internal communications and employer brand initiatives

What you will bring

  • Minimum of three years marketing experience, with tertiary qualifications preferred
  • Experience creating written content and visual assets across multiple platforms and formats
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confidence working across multiple brands and stakeholder groups
  • A proactive mindset, comfortable stepping in, asking questions and delivering outcomes
  • Experience (or willingness to learn) platforms such as CMS, Canva, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Copilot and social media tools
