ennovationHUB AI is a fast-growing international ecommerce group building furniture brands across the UK, US, EU and APAC. We are currently around 60 people and expect to scale to ~100 colleagues over the next 18 months.
To support this growth, we’re looking for a sharp, structured and proactive Talent Partner / In-house Recruiter to help us hire across multiple locations - not just locally.
Your role
This role is approximately 70% recruitment and 30% hiring operations / improvements — ideal for someone who enjoys both hiring and building better structure around it.
Key responsibilities
Recruitment (70%)
- Own end-to-end hiring processes across multiple departments and business functions
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates quickly and professionally
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for key roles and future hiring needs
- Keep momentum high throughout the process and ensure hiring decisions move fast
Hiring operations & improvements (30%)
- Improve hiring templates and structure (job ads, scorecards, screening process, interview flow)
- Support onboarding coordination and hiring handovers
- Track recruitment pipelines and timelines to ensure hiring stays on plan
- Help strengthen internal hiring standards and consistency as we scale
International hiring scope
- Hire talent across multiple locations including London, Belgrade, Barcelona and remote/overseas markets
•Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure a smooth candidate experience
