Our Guidewire team focuses on delivering Guidewire implementation services to Insurance clients. We deliver end to end Guidewire suite implementations, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies and private clients with spectacular results. And we’re looking for a leader to take our team to the next level, as we help to resolve complex business issues from strategy to execution within our vast community of solvers.

As an IM Manager in Guidewire, you’ll work with and lead a team that will help clients harness technology systems in Insurance focusing on areas such as Customer Management, product management, policy management and transactions, rating and digital. In our Guidewire team, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Facilitate end-to-end iteration planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Ensure teams deliver committed iteration objectives and program milestones.
• Track progress against sprint goals, release plans, and transformation roadmaps.
• Manage iteration ceremonies including:
  • Sprint Planning
  • Daily Stand-ups
  • Sprint Reviews
  • Retrospectives
  • Backlog grooming sessions
• Drive continuous improvement and agile maturity across delivery teams.
• Maintain iteration metrics and dashboards.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and program governance forums.
• Monitor:
  • Velocity
  • Burn-down/Burn-up metrics
  • Defect trends
  • Defect trends 
  • Team capacity and utilization
  • Resource planning & alignment
• Support release readiness and deployment planning activities.
