Job description

Reporting to the Fig Restaurant General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:             

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the Fig Restaurant, ensuring service standards are followed
  • Drive innovative promotions, menus and concepts; creating a destination of choice for both hotel and external guests
  • Support all Food & Beverage Outlets in the achievement of their financial and operational targets
  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Previous Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role required
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Previous Point of Sale System experience required
  • Familiarity with the local Los Angeles restaurant scene and trends required
  • Management ServSafe and RBS Certifications required prior to employment
