Responsibilities •
Investment Advisory — Advise clients on activating and managing investment instruments, ensuring responsible, goal‑aligned guidance.

Risk Profile Alignment — Tailor all recommendations to the client’s regulatory suitability profile (Conservative, Moderate, Aggressive).
•
Market Interpretation — Translate complex market data into clear, actionable insights adapted to each client’s financial literacy level.
•
Market Monitoring — Track global markets to identify opportunities across different investor profiles.
•
Portfolio Management — Build long‑term relationships and manage a diverse client portfolio, including HNWI.
•
Digital Proficiency — Use modern digital tools, including user‑level AI, to enhance analysis and operational efficiency.

Internal Collaboration — Integrate insights from Research, Marketing, and Customer Support to strengthen advisory quality.
Requirements •
Academic Background — Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Economics, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.

Professional Experience — Proven experience in financial markets, investment banking, wealth management, or brokerage.
•
Product Knowledge — Solid understanding of equities, ETFs, investment funds, and derivatives (leverage, margin, volatility, risk).
•
Communication Skills — Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt explanations to the client’s financial literacy.
•
Financial Mastery — Strong command of asset allocation, diversification, drawdown, and investment horizons.
•
Risk Management — Strict adherence to the client’s assigned risk profile.
•
Compliance — Commitment to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
•
Accreditation — Securities Market Accreditation (e.g., CAMV/CMF in Chile) or active pursuit is highly valued.
