Job description
As an Employee Meeting & Events Operations, you are responsible for the operational execution of meetings and events together with the Food & Beverage Manager. You ensure that every event runs smoothly and meets the high quality standards of Radisson Blu.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up and breaking down meeting and event rooms according to the agreed event schedule and floor plans
- Executing events based on the established event function sheet / run-of-show
- Monitoring the quality of service, operations, and guest experience
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety regulations, and work procedures
- Serving and replenishing coffee breaks in meeting rooms and foyers
- Assisting with lunches and dinners for meeting and event guests, often buffet-style in Haven Restaurant
- Supporting Food & Beverage operations during banqueting events and ensuring a clean, professional presentation
What We Are Looking For
- Affinity with hospitality, events, and Food & Beverage;
- A hands-on, flexible, and proactive attitude;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during busy moments;
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends;
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
