Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for the E360 RIF module.

• Partner with the Data BA (HR) to ensure HR data requirements and Workday/Snowflake mapping align with business process needs.
• Support UAT planning and execution: develop test scenarios, coordinate HR stakeholder testing, and manage defect triage and resolution.
• Maintain and manage the RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) throughout all RIF delivery phases.
• Serve as the primary business-facing liaison for requirement clarifications, scope change management, and stakeholder communications.
• Document process designs, workflow specifications, and training materials to support post-deployment adoption.
• Support phase gate reviews and provide business sign-off documentation for deployment readiness.
Skills & Experience Required
• 5+ years of BA experience on enterprise HR or workflow technology programs.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of HR processes including talent management, workforce planning, and reduction-in-force (RIF).
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum delivery; experienced writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with compliance-sensitive or regulated workflow environments (financial services preferred).
• US EST business-hour availability required; preferred location: NY / Montreal / Alpharetta.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience on RIF, severance, or workforce reduction platforms.
• Familiarity with Snowflake data concepts and Power BI reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting fixed-fee, outcome-based delivery programs.
