Supervisor Patient Access - Full Time, Night Shift

The Supervisor, Patient Access is responsible for the 24/7 supervision of the on-site Access Services staff, which may also include PBX, patient scheduling, clinic registrars and off-site locations. Hospital Access Services departments facilitate patient, visitor and provider interactions within their ministry including access to both information and care. This position is responsible for staff scheduling and coverage, implementing a standardized approach in line with the vision of Revenue Cycle and accountable for quality results, caregiver engagement, and patient experience for the ministry.
