Job description

This HR Specialist will mainly support China HR daily operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and HR administration. In the meanwhile, this role will act as APAC TA Coordinator to provide support during interview scheduling and candidate sourcing process for APAC team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HR administrative work for China employees, including new hire onboarding, contract management, personnel file sorting and other maintenance work
  • Support APAC TA Leader according to APAC recruitment demands, expand recruitment channels, and build effective talent pools
  • Publish and maintain job vacancies on mainstream local and regional job boards, optimize job content to improve exposure
  • Screen resumes initially, conduct preliminary communication with candidates, coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers across APAC, follow up the whole interview process and timely feedback
  • Cooperate with APAC HR team to complete other add-hoc work

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related disciplines is preferred
  • Be familiar with China local HR operation processes and standard recruitment procedures; candidates with cross-regional recruitment experience are prioritized
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, able to communicate smoothly with APAC colleagues and candidates
  • Good communication and coordination skills, proactive working attitude, able to work independently and cooperate well in a team
  • Familiar with mainstream local job boards and talent sourcing channels in APAC region is preferred
