Functional Test Quality Engineer

Main Responsibilities:         

• Perform defect test in Korea Fab service team     

• Develop and improve test method such as CD, defect and other functional test items   

• Develop and improve CD and Defect test methodology of technology nodes, i-line, KrF, Dry and immersion ArF and also EUV resist.

• Contribute to technologies of scanner/spinner and metrologies tools such as pattern and film inspection tools, especially SP5, SP7, KLA29XX

• Provide lithography & defect data for R&D, MFG and customers.       

• Follow up trouble shooting & daily work in Fab.

Required Qualification :           

• Must be comfortable working in a clean room setting and wearing PPE (i.e. cleanroom suit, etc.)  

• Familiar with clean room safety practices       

• Good communication skills in Korean and English         

• Willingness to travel between Cheonan (Plant) and Hwaseong (R&D Center) & international business travel.

Preferred Qualification :        

• 3 + years of experience in Lithography process & engineering      

• Proven work history showing stability in previous positions        

• Experienced with defect tools such as SP2, SP5, SP7 & KLA28XX/29XX

• Majored in Semiconductor engineering, Chemical engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or Optical Science

• 한국 Fab 서비스 팀에서 결함(Defect) 리소 그래피 공정  테스트 수행
• CD ( CRITICAL DIMENSION ), 결함 및 기타 기능 테스트 관련 시험 방법 개발 및 개선
• i-line, KrF, Dry 및 Immersion ArF, 그리고 EUV 레지스트 등 기술 노드에 대한 CD 및 결함 테스트 방법 개발 및 개선
• 스캐너/스피너 및 검사 장비 관련 기술 개발에 기여 (특히 SP5, SP7, KLA 29XX 등 패턴 및 필름 검사 장비)
• R&D, 제조(MFG) 및 고객사를 위한 리소그래피(Lithography) 및 결함 데이터 제공
• Fab 내 일상 업무 수행 및 문제 해결(Troubleshooting) 지원

필수 자격 요건 (Required Qualification)

• 클린룸 환경에서 PPE(예: 클린룸 복장 등) 착용 근무가 가능해야 함
• 클린룸 안전 수칙에 대한 이해
• 한국어 및 영어 의사소통 능력 우수
• 천안(공장)과 화성(R&D 센터) 간 이동 및 해외 출장 가능

신입(Entry-Level) 지원자 대상:

• 화학, 화공 ,반도체 전공자. ( 학사 학위 이상 )
• 반도체 기초 교육 이수자
• 장비 운영, 기본 측정, 데이터 수집 등에 대한 실습 교육으로 시작

경력 약 3~5년 지원자 대상:

• 테스트 활동을 독립적으로 계획 및 수행
• 결함 분석을 주도하고 공정 최적화에 기여
• 내부 팀 및 고객과의 기술적 커뮤니케이션 수행

우대 자격 요건 (Preferred Qualification)

• 리소그래피 공정 및 엔지니어링 분야 3년 이상 경력
• 다양한 직무에서 안정적인 근무 이력이 있는 지원자
• SP2, SP5, SP7 및 KLA 28XX/29XX 등 결함 검사 장비 사용 경험
• 전공: 반도체공학, 화학공학, 전기전자공학, 화학, 물리 또는 광학 관련 분야
