GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE: The role will involve working closely with Development and Client Delivery teams as part of the product development function. Issue Triage and Resolution Lead the analysis and triage of complex issues across applications and customer or internal environments, resolving or reassigning them as appropriate. Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the stack, delivering timely, high-quality solutions that minimize downtime and business impact. Perform and drive root cause analysis (RCA), ensuring findings translate into durable fixes, knowledge base articles, documentation, or automation. Maintain clear communication and coordination with stakeholders throughout the resolution process. Own the support backlog end to end, ensuring timely prioritization and resolution. Internal Team Support Document and share best practices for using and troubleshooting the software. Growth Opportunity Identify and implement improvements to support processes, tools, and workflows. Proactively suggest solutions to recurring issues and inefficiencies. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Essential Skills and Experience Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience of working in a technical support function. SQL server proficiency ideally Azure SQL including profiling and analysis. Log analysis and triage using monitoring tools. Experience with DevOps tooling and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, and environment management. Tooling to include Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy & PowerShell. Cloud and web application architecture, preferably in Azure Experience with issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
