Lead end-to-end project delivery using Adobe Workfront. Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and priorities. Configure and optimize Workfront workflows, templates, portfolios, programs, and reports. Drive governance and best practices for Workfront adoption across teams. Facilitate project planning sessions, status meetings, and executive reviews. Monitor resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload management. Coordinate with technical teams, business analysts, and system administrators. Track project KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership. Support change management and user adoption initiatives. Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met throughout the development lifecycle. Coordinate technical discussions and decision-making related to system architecture, APIs, databases, and deployment strategies. Drive continuous improvement in both engineering practices and project delivery processes Liasion with client shared services teams and ensure all dependencies are addressed on time.
