Responsibilities
The Role
As a Service Manager , you’ll help lead daily operations and support a team of pest control technicians by:
- Coaching, training, and mentoring technicians
- Assisting with scheduling, routing, and quality control
- Supporting technicians in the field and filling in on routes when needed
- Supporting hiring, training, and team development
- Conduct in-house and in-field technician training and meetings
- Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies and productivity
- Guide service technicians in resolving client issues and concerns and ensure that customer expectations are met
- Interact with both commercial and residential clients and perform quality site inspections
- Review and submit service-related documents and reporting
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, perform vehicle and uniform inspections
- Serving as a trusted part of the management team

Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years' supervisory and leadership experience
- Must have at least 5 years' progressive pest control experience
- Valid driver’s license
Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations :
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Able to work in all types of weather conditions
