Responsibilities

The Role

As a Service Manager , you’ll help lead daily operations and support a team of pest control technicians by:

  • Coaching, training, and mentoring technicians
  • Assisting with scheduling, routing, and quality control
  • Supporting technicians in the field and filling in on routes when needed
  • Supporting hiring, training, and team development
  • Conduct in-house and in-field technician training and meetings
  • Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies and productivity
  • Guide service technicians in resolving client issues and concerns and ensure that customer expectations are met
  • Interact with both commercial and residential clients and perform quality site inspections
  • Review and submit service-related documents and reporting
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, perform vehicle and uniform inspections
  • Serving as a trusted part of the management team

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years' supervisory and leadership experience
  • Must have at least 5 years' progressive pest control experience
  • Valid driver’s license

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations :

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
  • Able to work in all types of weather conditions
