At Gallagher Benefit Services, we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader – DB Pensions Administrator to join our Pensions Outsourcing Practice in Bristol. We’re looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in Defined Benefits (DB) pensions administration. How you'll make an impact As a Team Leader, you’ll manage a team of DB and DC administrators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing day-to-day client relationships with trustees and corporate clients, including participation in trustee and client meetings. Providing expert advice on pensions queries and staying up to date with industry developments. Managing errors and complaints, implementing solutions to prevent reoccurrence. Inspiring, motivating, and coaching your team to achieve outstanding performance. Ensuring timely delivery of pensioner payrolls, pension increases, and other key projects. Leading internal audits and driving continuous improvement in processes and service quality. Monitoring staff performance, addressing concerns, and implementing improvement plans. About You Extensive experience with occupational pension schemes, particularly DB schemes. Proven expertise in pensions projects, scheme events, and complex manual pensions calculations. Experience as a Principal/Senior Administrator or Deputy Team Lead. Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members. IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office tools. Stakeholder and client relationship management experience. Ideally QPA or PMI qualified (but not essential).
