The Position

As a Custom Software Developer, you become an active project contributor. You will provide and seek constructive feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the design and deployment of software solutions. In this role, you will implement the entire software delivery process and develop an understanding of how individual components fit into larger systems, actively considering both short and long-term implications.

Pharma Technical Development (PTD) collaborates across Research & Development to efficiently transform scientific ideas into products by developing robust and efficient manufacturing processes and quality control systems. They reliably deliver the clinical pipeline, supplying quality products for patients enrolled in clinical studies worldwide, while developing new and convenient Drug Delivery Systems for patients.

Responsibilities

• Supports the design, crafting, deployment, and sustainment of software solutions that are tailored to business requirements and objectives.

• Plays an active part within the project and/or product team.

• Identifies and communicates with stakeholders in a straightforward manner.

• Remains familiar with current technological trends, seeks best-fit trainings or external certificates, and executes a personal development plan independently.
• Takes part in knowledge-sharing initiatives, such as conferences, tech universities, CoEs, and CoPs.

Complexity/ (Product Size) : Operates primarily at the individual "Project" level.

Business/Technical ability

• Understands how individual technical components fit into larger systems, identifies opportunities, and suggests improvements.
• Thinks of alternative ways to solve problems before asking for support and continuously builds up a network of colleagues.

Who you are

Education / Experience

• Experience serving as an active project contributor in software engineering, with a focus on designing and deploying software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to execute an independent Development plans and actively participates in knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Understanding of software validation and regulatory requirements.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in using a combination of frontend, backend, and full-stack development.
• Proven ability to implement the entire software delivery process -- from code to production
• Solid understanding of system architecture and how different components interact within a larger application
• Capability to improve existing software quality management and metrics.

Additional Qualifications

• Highly empathetic team player who actively communicates mistakes and collaborates to resolve them.
• Ability to support product decisions by providing technical feasibility assessments and contributing to the refinement of requirements.
• Prior experience working in a Pharma/ BioTech environment is advantageous

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 121,800.00 PLN - 226,200.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 12% subject to both individual and company performance.
