As a Resource Management Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the deployment of employees within the organization, confirming that the right talent is in the right place at the right time. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing the deployment of employees to align with organizational needs and strategies
- Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective talent identification and training initiatives
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform workforce planning and resource allocation decisions
- Coordinating staff to validate the right talent is in the right place at the right time
- Developing and implementing staffing models and plans to support business objectives
- Engaging in stakeholder management to build meaningful relationships and address diverse perspectives
- Applying project resource management skills to enhance team development and performance
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Leveraging workforce analytics to drive strategic forecasting and improve business performance
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
