Job description
Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to join its TE&S (Tech Expertise and Solution) team, within the IT (Information Technologies) department.
As a Mid-Level Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders and senior developers to understand requirements and design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining custom applications using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components.
- Designing and implementing Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions.
- Performing code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
- Writing and executing unit and integration tests.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies.
- Mentoring and coaching junior developers.
Hard Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools.
- Experience with source control management tools, such as Git.
- Proficient in English (mandatory).
- Salesforce certification is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and senior developers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
