We are now looking for an exceptional Bilingual Partner Growth Specialist (English/French) to join our team in Toronto, Canada (Hybrid).

Your mission
The Partner Growth Specialist acts as the main contact for a portfolio of our partner stores and works closely with them to resolve issues and improve performance. You will focus on partner relationship building and retention, and use data analysis to provide excellent service across the entire partner journey; ultimately to keep partners happy, consistently supplying, and inspire them towards a more sustainable behaviour, to help us grow our mission.

Your role

Responsibilities + Duties

  • Drive store portfolio success through phone, email and text communication, to optimize store operations and take proactive measures to enhance the experience for your partners
  • Build strong relationships by understanding partner priorities and needs while serving as a subject matter expert to proactively identify opportunities to grow supply and meals saved.
  • Manage store retention cases; Proactively identify and intervene in store retention cases, addressing at-risk accounts to resolve issues, prevent churn, and maintain healthy partnerships.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our internal tools such as Looker, Salesforce, Ninja and MyStore.
  • Contribute meaningfully to projects focused on improving key KPIs from start to finish with some manager and team support, completing call lists and campaign actions in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the Care Team on specific cases as a partner advocate to continuously help improve user experience + education.
  • Be a team player: offer coverage for other partner managers who are out of the office, assist with projects, occasionally host weekly team meetings, etc


Key Capabilities

  • Bilingual or business proficiency in French
  • Experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Sales, Account Management or Customer Service
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) data analytics platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau) and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Terrific talkers (and listeners) with the ability to effectively and quickly connect with partners over the phone
  • Excellent written communication skills; someone who can be clear and friendly in a text conversation or email exchange with partners
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an empathetic and patient approach
  • Autonomous and independent - you are able to schedule your time and juggle multiple tasks at a time
  • A positive and proactive mindset, ready to adapt to the needs of a fast-growing organization and take initiative
  • A team-player who is keen to learn, collaborate and bring their ideas to the table

Preferred Qualifications

  • General knowledge of the food and/or hospitality industry
  • General knowledge of tech marketplace/SAAS customer success principles

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is an annual base salary of CAD 50,000 - CAD 58,000 and varies depending on a number of factors, not limited to experience and language skills. Actual salaries and on target earnings (OTE) will vary.
